This option includes access to both our individual training programs: CF Elite & CF Complete.

Our ‘Elite’ individual program runs over 5 days per week, 2x sessions per day with a focus on peaking for The CrossFit Games Open. Then our ‘Complete’ program is designed for athletes who want to compete all year round, this covers 5 days per week one session per day training plan.

CrossFIt Masters Program

Our Masters Program is designed specifically for Masters over 40 and has been created by one of the most experienced/decorated Masters athletes and coach Mr Robert Walker.

The program is periodised specifically for peaking for the CrossFit Open and operates over 5 days per week.

Whilst volume and intensity is carefully prescribed with Masters in mind, it covers all aspects of CrossFit, from strength to gymnastics, weightlifting to endurance, and skill progression to help mobility improvement too.

Olympic Weightlifting Program

Our Weightlifting program runs on 4x training days per week.

Covering not only the scored Olympic lifts – the ‘Snatch’ and the ‘C&J’ but also accessory lifts to compliment your development, such as: Power clean, push press, sots press, snatch balance, pendlay row and many more. You will be given single limb work to iron out any imbalances and core work to ensure your base is thick enough to withstand the incoming gains!

Gymnastics Program

Our Gymnastics program runs on 4x training days per week.

This program is for athletes looking to really dive into movement screening, basics and fundamentals behind gymnastics and making sure you are prepared to work gymnastics skills. You will be given core work and isometric holds as well as mobility drills and positioning work too. as well as improving your technique this program will increase your gymnastic endurance as well.

Powerlifting Program

Our Powerlifting program runs on 4x training days per week.

Our Powerlifting program covers the 3 major lifts in Powerlifting – Bench Press, Back Squat and Deadlift; along with accessory lifts to compliment your ongoing development, such as: Strict press, front squat, back extensions, single limb work, sit-ups and good mornings for example. Building a solid level of core strength in these slow lifts will undoubtedly help set you up for a strong foundation in any other sport or activity you may look to compete in.

Conditioning Program

Our Conditioning program runs on 4x training days per week.

Designed by head programmer Mike Catris, this is perfect for anyone looking to improve their ‘engine’; from the day-to-day CrossFitter to the competitive professional sport specific athlete looking to develop a more robust and efficient aerobic system. He has integrated various training methodologies into the program to enhance your all-round athletic performance! workouts range from, short explosive sprints to longer endurance based sessions, you will learn your pace for different time domains and tests.

Personalised Training Programs

The Athlete Program offers bespoke personalised training programs designed to fit the needs of you, the athlete. Spending more time working on weaknesses could be the difference between qualification and a podium spot!

Personalised programs are updated weekly and include unlimited access, via email/ phone, to your coach as well as you being able to receive video analysis of your sessions and constant feedback in order to maximise results.

With years of programming experience, our coaches will work with you to develop you as an athlete and reach your goals, whatever they may be.

How do I get started?
Once you have registered via the link below, you will be contacted by our team to assign you with one of our experienced coaches.

They will then arrange your initial consultation to discuss your goals & targets, the coach will put you through a testing period so they can get to know you as a person and your current abilities, once they have this information they can then process your data and maximise your development on your fully individualised training program.

Unlimited Athletes

Our ‘Unlimited Athlete’ membership allows gyms to have multiple members following our program at one fixed rate I.e FREE for all your members. Each member following this program will receive their own personal account to allow them to track and register their workouts, log scores and results as well as receiving our video analysis and weekly training tips and advice.
