Welcome to our fully coached and interactive online sessions for less than £1 PER DAY!

With 26 CLASSES available per week we’ve got you covered whether you’re in a national lockdown, working away or just can’t make the gym for any reason!

Each session is led by one of our experienced coaches who will take you through the workout itself, movements, scaling options and all the different variations depending on what equipment is available to you:

A = No equipment = Bodyweight only workouts.
B = Minimal equipment = Dumbbell, Kettlebell or Barbell.
C = Full equipment = All of the above plus a Rower/Ski Erg/Bike.

Main WOD – This is our ‘Workout of the Day’ specifically programmed by our experienced coaching team to help develop your all round fitness.

Bodyweight Strength – Our 1500-1400 sessions are designed to help improve your strength by using tempo and isometric bodyweight work as a key focus in these workouts i.e slow and controlled movement creating ‘time under tension’.
