Customised Nutrition Plan
The Athlete Program is proud to offer it’s athletes bespoke nutrition plans developed by Mike Catris. Mike has been a performance nutritionist for nearly 10 years now and has worked with numerous Games and Regional athletes as well as hundreds of members of the general population looking to improve their understanding and knowledge of nutrition and how it can be used to improve body composition, health, fitness and performance.
Nutrition plans will include a 20 page information booklet written by Mike as well as specifically calculated personalised macronutrient targets and a template nutrition plan designed to fit in with your lifestyle and to work around your nutrition preferences.
