Excellence in sport started at an early age for Nisha and long before her CrossFit journey began she was playing basketball at National and International levels from the age of 13; proudly representing Scotland at Under 16s and 18s in multiple European competitions and winning both the league and Cup doubles with her National League Team.

Taking a break from sport to focus on her studies Nisha graduated Glasgow University with honors in Business and Management. Soon after graduation she was introduced to CrossFit with the intention to get back in shape and quickly became hooked. Through CrossFit Nisha lost a total of 19kg in weight since her first session 9 years ago but what’s more important is what she gained throughout her experiences as a coach and competitor both individually and team, some of her most proud memories include

  • International Fitness Racing World Championships (individual) – 19th
  • International Fitness Racing World Championships (Team Scotland) – 5th
  • The European Championships (2x semi finalist, 1x finalist)
  • Functional Racing Federation Selection – 2nd
  • Battle of the Boxes (Team) – 1st
  • Being part of Team Kratos at Tribal Clash

As a coach Nisha has the following qualifications and experience

  • CrossFit Level 1 and 2
  • CrossFit Strongman
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification

She also brings a wealth of knowledge having coached 6x Regionals athlete Steph Dekker at consecutive Regionals and currently coaches and programmes for 2 athletes who have consistently made the Teen and Masters Top 200 Age Group Online Qualifiers for The CrossFit Games.
