Strength and Conditioning Coach
Gbemi has played sports since he could walk but the ‘health’ part of ‘health & fitness’ wasn’t necessarily at the forefront of that. He grew up playing football and then at age 11 he found his first true love… rugby! He played semi-professionally until the age of 25 when he decided to call it a day and needed his next challenege. With a lot of energy to burn he needed something big and stumbled across CrossFit and has literally never looked back. This is where his interest in health and fitness kicked off!
He has since spent countless hours over the last 15 years learning the best way to get stronger and fitter and always wanted to show other people what he’d learnt or thought he’d learnt.
“CrossFit has provided the best learning platform for me over the last 6 years not just as a way to get fit but to live a healthier life, and I want to give that same platform to others so they can be the best athlete they can be..”
