CrossFit Coach

Before CrossFit Becky worked as a Group Exercise manager and Instructor at David Lloyd in Oxford.  In January 2012, she decided to give CrossFit a go as it was the ‘new’ thing on the fitness scene. She made the journey over to Reebok CrossFit Reading and soon became hooked. That same month , she went to watch the London Throwdown at Brunel University and said: “I want to be here, doing this, next year.” And that she did.

She later went on to qualify for the European Regionals in 2013, 2014 and 2015 and loved every minute of it. `Her competitive career got put on hold for a bit whilst she was nursing an injury but instead put some energies into Olympic Weightlifting because she really enjoyed testing her strength at competitions. She went on to win some local weightlifting meets which qualified her to compete at the English Championships in 2017 where she came away with a silver medal. She qualified also for British Championships in July 2017 in the U75 category narrowly missing out on the podium by 1 kg.  She did PB her Clean & Jerk there though! (103kg).

Becky is now 33 and pregnant with twins due (Dec 2018)! As well as being a Director of Reebok CrossFit Reading she programs and coaches athletes remotely around the country and at the box where on top of this she provides Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching.

Becky also co-runs Barbelles Ladies Only Training Events running training days, training camps in Mallorca and competitions throughout the year as well as from her box.
